Antigua, final pictures

"El Arco" was built so that the nuns could cross the street without leaving the convent.

there are a ton of nice jewelry stores around town. Their specialty is jade.
we broke down and went to Cafe Condesa for our last meal in Antigua  




 we looked at an appartment in this neighborhood for 330USD

another specialty of Antigua is excellent chocolate and coffee. There are numerous coffee plantations outside the city 


you can take a class on how to make real chocolate from cocoa nibs 


the bakery Dona Luisa sells excellent bread and banana bread, home-made yogourt and other stuff
this house one block off the main plaza is for sale at 12 million USD. It is a palace
