New Mexico: Old town Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, Taos pueblo

Breakfast in the old town of Albuquerque
Old town Albuquerque: the church on the plaza
Peter, the perfect blue bag, Hadrien, Angelina and Louis
This plaza is nice and quiet. Few tourists. A gem worth visiting.

Santa Fe does not have the same relaxed feel.
Picnic on the main plaza of Santa Fe

 The cathedral

 The famous Loretto chapel

This set of stairs makes no sense to architects. It defies the laws of physics, and it was built without a single nail or glue. A mystery still today.

 The palace of the Governor

A courtyard. Louis is checking out the old motorcycle

 Breakfast at Taos

 Enormous pastries

Taos main plaza is small but cute

The house of Governor Bent, the first governor of New-Mexico. He was killed by the Indians in this room while his family already escaped through a hole in the fireplace they were able to make using the two tools on the wall.

 Kit Carson's house in Taos

The old Taos pueblo is outside of Taos. This village is over 1,000 years old
but the church was built in 1850 under the rule of the Christians
 True adobe wall

 A horno
They do not have power in the houses, but they do have propane
